Changing your mind

For qualifying online consumer purchases, a 14-day withdrawal period generally applies from receipt of the goods. The final policy will explain how to withdraw, where to return goods, any applicable return postage and the refund process before sales begin.

Sealed hygiene products

A withdrawal exception may apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This is not a blanket exclusion for all intimate care products, and does not remove rights concerning faulty goods.
